Depending on the Service, this may include Name, username, company name, designation, email address, telephone number, postal address, billing address, Login credentials, Business details, GSTIN, PAN, billing details, purchase order details, Enquiries, support tickets, feedback, Files, documents, images, text, audio, video, legal records, property records, form submissions, and Information submitted through forms hosted on our platforms.
When you use our Services, we may collect IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, Log information, access time, pages viewed, Cookie identifiers, Usage analytics, and Transactional records. We do not store full card details, UPI PINs, CVVs, or internet-banking credentials.
We may receive information from payment gateways, identity-verification providers, single-sign-on providers, analytics, and your organisation's administrator.
We use personal data only for lawful and legitimate purposes, including to provide, operate, maintain, personalise, and improve the Services; create and administer accounts; process orders, payments, subscriptions; communicate service messages; analyse usage; prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and send marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law.
Project materials are used only to evaluate, deliver, support, secure, and improve the requested engagement, subject to any separate non-disclosure agreement, master services agreement, statement of work, or data-processing agreement.
Property information is provided for informational and facilitation purposes only. Bhairo Nest does not verify or guarantee title, ownership, encumbrances, approvals, boundaries, valuation, or legal status. Conduct independent due diligence with relevant government authorities and qualified professionals before taking any decision.
You retain ownership of your uploaded documents. Bhairo Nest processes them solely to provide the Service and does not use them to train general-purpose AI models unless you expressly opt in or a written agreement states otherwise.

You are solely responsible for content you publish or share. Content you make public may be viewed, copied, indexed, or reshared.
The form creator is responsible for notices, consent, collection purpose, legal basis, and instructions for respondent data. Bhairo Nest acts as a processor/service provider when processing submitted data on the form creator's documented instructions.
Kameti is a technology platform. It does not accept deposits, guarantee returns, operate a chit fund, provide investment advice, or hold user funds unless expressly stated in a written agreement and supported by required regulatory permissions and payment-partner arrangements. For CollectAura, funds are processed by the regulated payment provider, not held by Bhairo Nest unless legally structured to do so.
We process your personal data based on your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate business purposes, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of rights and safety.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data with group entities, cloud-hosting providers, payment gateways, vendors, legal advisers, regulators, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
